For five years, our company, Valley Gardens Lda has specialised in garden and swimming pool construction, maintenance and renovation. Our long term objective has always been to build and renovate homes and gardens as a joint project so that they complement each other and harmonise with the environment as well as adhering to local regulations.

Recently the company has been granted, a builder’s licence (Alvara do Construção Civil) which allows us to achieve this objective. We are now fully licensed to construct homes, pools, gardens and undertake all types of renovation work. Valley Gardens Lda has now become Valley Homes and Gardens Lda.

Thinking Globally Acting Locally
First and foremost our company is proud to be working with Sto. Sto is a German company who have been in the business of building innovation for over 30 years and are the market leaders of facade insulation systems. By replacing traditional cement renders with insulation and Sto Therm Classic, which is an organically bound cement free plaster, not only we can reduce Co2 emissions and heating costs by more than 50% but also eliminate damp, render cracks and the need for painting.

We work closely with suppliers of government subsidised solar water heating and grid generation systems and specialists in grey water management, water storage and bore hole filtration innovations.

Valley Homes and Gardens have enjoyed a good relationship with A.S.E.A.  (Algarve Surf and Ecological Association) since it was founded and consider ourselves fortunate that we can consult with their qualified members for help and advice regarding the ecological impact of our work.

Strong Communication
We have a small but strong team which includes a qualified technician and a foreman with over 25 years of construction experience. Our pool and garden maintenance staff have 20 years experience between them. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients before and during any project and will stand true to our responsibilities and guarantees after the project has been completed. It is our intention to grow as a company and we believe this to be the only way forward.
